Hey gang, let's talk about how to install project reality.
First you will need a copy of Battlefield 2
Here is a torrent link for that
http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4096329/Battlefield_2_Complete___CrackNext you will need to have BF2 updated to v1.50, to do that you need two patches.
First you have to patch v1.41
http://www.gamefront.com/files/Battlefield+2+v141+Patch/;6194285;;/fileinfo.htmlThen you have to patch 1.50
http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/bf2_2142/archive/2009/09/01/battlefield-2-update-v1-50-available.aspxOnce you have BF2 patched in the correct order you can apply the project reality patches.
http://www.realitymod.com/downloads.htmlThis link has downloads for the 3 parts of the mod as well as the two map packs, (singleplayer and holiday 2010) that you should download to play with us.
All together this should come up to about 8gb of downloading so make sure you have some time to do this overnight.
To play with us you'll need to have an EA account, you can make a temporary one if you like.
With that you can log in and get into our Hamachi client so we can play a game. The server name in Hamachi is PGterra and that password is tf2.
Once all this is completed you'll be ready to play project reality.
Trouble ShootingIf project reality is installed but it does not start, it simply takes you to a blank screen, quit and follow these instructions.
-Start Battlefield 2
-Change your resolution in your video setting to the highest your monitor can take. For example, my monitor is in 1920x1080. Apply the setting and make sure they work by starting a game.
-Quit BF2 and start project reality and it should work fine
Alternative
- If this doesn't work you can go into, Document/Battlefield 2/Profiles/001 and 002 and find the video.con file. Open it in notepad and change the value where it says resolution to the desired number.
ENJOY AND FOR GOD SAKES... PLAY SRSLY
