Haha, I'm not sure if it's really his animation skills, per se. I mean, he IS good, but from reading his video comments, I think he made the animations in 3Dmax first and then applied them to the TF2 models.
And before anyone asks, yes, the dance moves are from Single Ladies. They're just not in order.

Was referring mostly to the Pyro dance because everyone I showed it to would ask "Is that Single Ladies??". But yeah, Sniper dance is from Napolean Dynamite, and the moves aren't in order either.
Anyway, the guy behind the animations is planning on making something like this for every class. What cool dance would you imagine each class would/should get?
